Ingredients 1 cup butter, softened 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup honey 2 eggs 1 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 1 ½ cups rolled oats 2 cups Mike and Mike’s Organics Goji Sport Mix Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Blend butter, brown sugar, honey and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir this into liquid mixture. Once complete, mix in Mike and Mike’s Organics Goji Sport Mix. Grease baking pan with butter, and place small, 2-tbsp-sized balls onto pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes and allow to cool for 5 more minutes. Enjoy!

Almond Parfait Roasted Almond & Raspberry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients 1 ½ cup Greek yogurt ⅓ cup Mike and Mike’s Organics Roasted Almonds, chopped ¼ tsp cinnamon
 

4 tbsp honey, divided ½ cup organic raspberries, divided Directions 1. Spoon half of the raspberries into a bowl. 2. Drizzle two tablespoons of honey on top of the raspberries. 3. Add the yogurt. 4. Add in the rest of the raspberries to create another layer. 5. Top with the remaining two tablespoons of honey and your chopped Mike and Mike’s Organics Roasted Almonds on top. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top for a boost of flavour. 6. Enjoy!
