		<description><![CDATA[Ingredients 1 cup butter, softened 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup honey 2 eggs 1 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 1 ½ cups rolled oats 2 cups Mike and Mike&#8217;s Organics Goji Sport Mix Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Blend butter, brown sugar, honey and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir this into liquid mixture. Once complete, mix in Mike and Mike&#8217;s Organics Goji Sport Mix. Grease baking pan with butter, and place small, 2-tbsp-sized balls onto pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes and allow to cool for 5 more minutes. Enjoy!]]></description>

<p>1. Heat a large sauté pan on the stove and add Mike and Mike&#8217;s Organics Pine Nuts. Stir frequently, and once toasted (they should be beginning to brown), place in a bowl and put them to the side.  <br />
2. Pour in olive oil, add garlic and chopped onion and sauté for 30 seconds. Once complete, add in toasted pine nuts and kale. Mix well. After approximately 4-5 minutes, the kale should begin to wilt. Add a pinch of salt and wine (or substitute wine with water). <br />
3. Let liquid boil and evaporate before you remove mixture from heat. Place in a bowl, add Mike and Mike&#8217;s Organics Cranberries and a pinch of ground black pepper. Once it cools, enjoy!</p>
